Workers work to finish installing a sign for one of the new businesses opening up on the former site of Eastwood Mall. A quick look around the new shopping center, known as Eastwood Village, lets you know that plans are for the property to become fully operational in the near future. Stores moving into the development include rue 21, Shoe Carnival, Starbucks Coffee, Old Navy and Salsarita’s. Oh yeah, and Wal-Mart.
