We here at The Terminal have our alarm clocks set for early this Saturday. We know it’s best to get to Pepper Place when the market opens at 7 a.m. to get the pick of the crops. And we’ll stick around for the music and cooking demonstration. The coffee’s hot and we always run into people we know. But what about the other six days of the week?
