First run film coming to McWane Center

While our Timetable section is not quite out of alpha testing, we felt that we had to link to a post shared with us earlier today about the first run release of a summer film in July.

Go on over and check it out!

NOTE: We apologize in advance if you have problems navigating the site at this time. We’re working to fix those problems over there as soon as possible.

Some more updates at The Terminal

Since we are in beta mode, we figured we’d try out a couple of things to see what you thought about them.

Late week we announced that we’d created a MySpace page. Keep an eye on that as well as the site for more information about the page. Or just go on over and say hello (or be our friend… it’s early; we’ll understand if you don’t want to be one yet )

We’ve also attempted to optimize the site for viewing on mobile devices. It should work on both cell phone and PDAs. It’s the same address (for now) as visiting the site online. So just in case you want to see what’s going on without sitting at the desk, you can.

We’ll keep you abreast of any other upgrades that we make to the site as we put them online.

Will you be our friend on MySpace?

You know you want to be! Click here to check out our page (yeah, we know it’s boring, but it’s still early) and add us as a friend.

Don’t feel like you’re being pressured or anything like that…

We’re looking for writers…

So we’re going to have a meeting next Thursday, May 17 @ Metro Bistro (directions) after work. Come on out and find out just what we’re trying to do and how you can help us get started. We’re looking for people that want to write about what’s going on in Birmingham and those who want to share it with everyone. Whether you’re originally from Birmingham or you’ve been transplanted, anyone that has a passion for sharing all of the good things going on in our region is invited to come out and get a username.

You should be able to tell quite easily where we are; just look for the logo 🙂 If you’ve got any questions, please feel free to drop us a line at andre@bhamterminal.com. We look forward to seeing you there!
