I've seen nothing that indicates that this place is not-for-profit, which denotes an organization built around an activity, or hobby like cycling, or a non-profit which describes a charitable or arts organization. Simply because you can't make any money with your business doesn't mean that you can declare yourself a "non-profit" and forget about the taxes you owe.
