Snow’s returning to metro Birmingham

The word is that residents in Jefferson and Shelby Counties should be expecting to see about 1 ½ inches of the white stuff when they wake up in the morning. It’s a little ironic, considering it’s almost the 15th anniversary of The Blizzard of ‘93. Maybe we’ll see some more images like this one up above.

This of course means several things – one of which is the fact that The Terminal will not have a contributors meeting this week. We’re also assuming that the rush on water, peanut butter and bread will begin shortly.

In all seriousness, if these accumulations amounts are accurate, please be careful late tonight and tomorrow. But if you do go out, consider sending us some images to share with everyone else – photos@bhamterminal.com or just add them to our Flickr group if you’ve already got an account.
