SeeClickFix is a web site that allows individuals to post problems and track how they’re taken care of by their city. We’ve added their widget to the site to provide better access to this tool (here’s the introductory post). There are also currently apps available for Blackberry, Android and iPhone users. You can use report an issue to list a new problem, track issues to check status of items.

Just so you know, any reports submitted are also received at Birmingham City Hall.
