Birmingham, AL learned shortly after 4:45 a.m. CT, January 22, 2015, that it would host the 2021 World Games during a press conference in Lausanne, Switzerland. Lima, Peru and Ufa, Russia were the other two finalists to host the eleventh edition of the IOC-recognized event. Continue reading
