Citadel Broadcasting’s Big Talker WAPI-AM 1070 recently received a website redesign that appears to be using a blogging content management system. We became aware of the site redesign over the weekend. The new site appears to take advantage of increased usage of widescreen monitors.

One name missing from the on-air personalities section of the new site is Frank Matthews. The time slot that was occupied by “The Mayor of the Airwaves” is currently listed as Dave Mack’s during the week.

It has been reported that Matthews has accepted a position in Mayor Langford’s administration, though it has not been confirmed and it does not necessarily mean that he would not be able to continue his show.
