Washington DC-based Hip-Hop Caucus founder Rev. Lennox Yearwood will be the keynote speaker at this year’s Martin Luther King, Jr. Birthday Commemoration Celebration event presented by the Birmingham Peace Project. Yearwood, current Caucus CEO, has presented his vision for engaging the hip-hop generation in community-building dialogues. You’ll be entertained and informed through performances by spoken word artist Sharrif Simmons and blues performer Willie King.
