The Birmingham News hopes to lead the conversation about the future of the metro Birmingham region. They decided to start with a town hall meeting on Monday afternoon available via live stream.
It may just feel this way, but lately it seems like Birmingham, AL has been enjoying a larger platform thanks in part to coverage by NPR – and its member stations in Alabama – including a recent episode of State of the Re:Union.
