This morning’s Birmingham City Council meeting includes giving the former Continental Ballroom new life via a local entrepreneur, a minor rewrite of the Railroad Park Foundation’s contract with the city of Birmingham, and a pending decision by the council about whether or not to support the construction of the Northern Beltline.
