While the Democratic nominee for Alabama governor has already been determined, there’s still a runoff to be held on the Republican side. The Young Republican Federation of Alabama has invited both of the candidates in the runoff, Bradley Byrne and Robert Bentley, to participate in a debate this evening in Birmingham, AL, with the event being simulcast online and on the radio.

There’s a special election tomorrow to fill the unexpired term of former Jefferson County Commissioner (and now Birmingham, AL Mayor) William Bell.
