There’s a special election tomorrow to fill the unexpired term of former Jefferson County Commissioner (and now Birmingham, AL Mayor) William Bell. The crazy thing about this one is that we’ll be doing it again come July 13, and the results could lead to a couple more special elections. Time will tell…
