Three commercial districts served by Main Street Birmingham’s BEACON Program are beginning implementation of a beautification program. Avondale, North Birmingham and Woodlawn have adopted the Blooms for BEACON program, with assistance from MSB and the City of Birmingham’s public works and urban planning departments.
