I attended the Forum at Huffman High and I must say that I am impressed by William Bell. I think he had the most well thought out plans for moving the city forward. I think the audience agreed with this as well.

I was originally for Cooper until the forum. I was not impressed with his responses. Maybe it was an off night for him. During the forum, I was converted to be a Bell supporter. If you have not had a chance to hear Bell speak, please make an effort to attend. He really is the best candidate for Bham.

Ginger's directive to Birmingham: Fix yourself so I'll come back.

My directive to Ginger: Let's work together to fix Birmingham, rather than wait for "someone else" to do it.

Your analysis is head on. It saddens me to know that Birmingham is in such chaos and I'm watching from a distance. The region needs to pull together to identify the things that benefit us all. A thriving Birmingham MSA can only benefit everyone.

My family has been trying to move back to Birmingham for three years and, sadly, there is nothing there for me and it makes me sad. Birmingham and the region needs to do some soul searching to determine what it wants to be and then head in that direction.

I have to skip the first one because I already made plans that night. The second falls about the same time as the Birmingham Leadership Awards, so I don't know how I'll juggle them yet.
