The organizer for the children&#039;s festival sent an email on Friday advising us of the festival dissolving and the possibility of the checks we were issued bouncing. Yesterday afternoon it hadn&#039;t bounced, but this afternoon when I checked, I found that it was not honored. I&#039;m starting to investigate my options now.</description>
