		<description>WiFi will be around for a while, but maybe Langford and Birmingham should look into WiMAX (instead of, or in addition to wifi).  This year a lot of laptops will be released with this technology built-in.  Also, many cities across the nation are in the process of deploying this technology.  Since the range is much greater than WiFi, it will more easily allow for the city to be blanketed in net access instead of just having hot spots near churches.  It would be nice to ahead of the curve on ..something in Birmingham.
