The original proposal grandfathered in any children currently in the system and their current and future siblings, so the Board would continue to provide transportation for those children. There would be a cutoff point, probably determined by the court, after which the system wouldn’t enroll any additional children from Oxmoor Valley. I don’t know any of the details of the proposed settlement.
